Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that our time is how we make a living, therefore this policy will be strictly enforced
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a $25 fee in order to book with us again. If you are more than 15 minutes
late or you no show your appointment you will be required to pay the full price of the service you
missed as well as the $25 fee in order to rebook with us. This does not go towards the price of your service, it is for your nail tech's time.
We understand emergencies happen so please reach out if you need to cancel to let us know what is going on and the fee will be waived on a case by case basis.
